Swasti Creation is a destination for independent Indian woman wanting a curated mix of clothing, accessories, traditional and much more.
It curate signature every day that are essential for the lifestyle. The aim is to provide customers with an experience whilst shopping for trend focused pieces. Each product can be customised. Moreover, we show our customers how to style and use that product giving it a reason to become a part of their everyday life.
What actually made you develop this product/ service – What was your inspiration behind this?
My keen interest of dressing up..my family and friends instigated me into this business
My keen interest of dressing up. The fashion industry has and will continue to grow with leaps and bounds, but I was of the opinion that personalization was something that was missing. I wanted to fill that gap and provide customers with India’s latest fashion trends. We do not want celebrities to endorse our brand. Instead, we want experts in the field to style and curate products. We are a taste-maker led fashion store.
What is your philosophy of life?

What’s you biggest challenged you faced / or facing while your entrepreneurial journey?
When I started Swasti Creations, I had no experience in retail. A vast competition with the established brands.
What solutions or alternates have devised to meet that challenge?
I think it made us work harder, but also learn faster. So overall, it was a plus in the long run that helps us to give Quality and Creativity delivered with utmost honesty
Tell us about your investments? How you managed funds in initial days of business?
We got our pre-Series A funding through my husband pocket when I launched our first brand Swasti Creation. And since then we have been working closely with mentors to keep going, by strategically managing cash flow and launching collections that are unique and competitively priced.

I love Facebook.com. It helps me relax. Instagram inspires me. Also Whats App! The entire team here uses it.
Any tips on increasing productivity?
Spending almost all my office time with team, sharing and brainstorming; and spending all my quiet time at home with my kids. I have also maintained a diary since I was a teenager.
What habits you changed in yourself to be more productive?
Controling my Temper and being patient not panicking.
