Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Sana Dhanani's table talks for families include "Financial and Professional Development". In order to inherit the passion of work and behavior that the family never says, Sana Dhanani empowered to start her own business in her youth.

She knew very well from an early age that the beauty community was her profession. She began her career journey by being housed for 6 months at a spa in Dubai. He then studied business management and expertise in the spa section at Les Roches International School in Switzerland. He says: "The combined training and experience has helped me gain knowledge of how the best spa in the world is run. So here I stand behind my profession at White Door and I absolutely love where I am."

Mumbai being an elegant city, Sana realized that apart from the five-star hotels, only a few properties stand-alone that emphasized true luxury. After traveling around the world and discovering the best that this industry has to offer, it was only natural that he wanted to bring this experience to his hometown. The groundwork for The White Door Spa began back in 2016, although research and completion took longer than expected, it was finally opened to the public in April 2018.

The second time entrepreneur Sana regards her father and brother as her pillars of support. "They gave me the inspiration and the freedom to pursue my dreams.  All this time, one of my greatest heroes is my uncle, Sajid Dhanani the founder of Barbeque Nation and Sayaji Group hotel. To reach this peak he did not start at the top, he worked from being a server and owning one of the most successful restaurants in India ", he recounts.

When her old business venture was successful, Sana felt it was a poor marriage that lasted almost 8 years. Her call to the White Door intensified, and she gave up. Although she left the business behind, she says she learned the art of patience, perseverance and focus on what was going on around her. This teaching helped him when things went wrong. There were times when he remembered when quitting for quality seemed an easy way out. But past experience has forced me not to give up my vision for the White Door.

When it goes into detail, she says White Door is an experience. The goal is to provide high quality products on the nail and beauty section backed by strong corporate DNA hygiene, luxury and quality. With a firm belief in providing a complete relaxing experience, customer satisfaction and cleanliness, White Door is considered to be one of the best nail spas in Mumbai. Their services are based on nail care set to focus on facial and body treatments for daily problems like acne, white skin, anti-aging, detox etc. for both men and women.

Challenges

Speaking of the challenges in the luxury market, Sana draws on her experience that while India is an exciting market for the luxury industry, the hygiene task is at a better time. The biggest challenge White Door employees faced when they started was finding the right supply chain as the premium products they wanted were not available. To overcome this problem of financing the right products to meet their standards and requirements, they had to expand their search to the international retailer.

To build the right team, Sana met and discussed ideas with several people. Finally, he met Sushmaa Yagnik, who provided 15 years of spa knowledge and marketing knowledge in the wellness industry. Sana says, "A year in this partnership with Sushmaa, she's the best person for the team, as she has the White Gate vision in mind. I can't occupy anyone else with the vice president position like her."



They are a strong team of 20 that is growing with strength and power. For Sana, the team that agrees with White Door’s ideologies is crucial. While forming the team at White Door, we were looking for enthusiastic people to share our ideologies to deliver high quality service in the form of true luxury. In front of future plans, the team strives to make the white door synonymous with quality and luxury. Over the next 12 months, it plans to open 3 sites to expand this experience to other parts of Mumbai.
