Facebook Restricts Employees To Use The Political Image As Profile Pictures!

The employees will not be allowed to set their profile pictures in the image parts dealing with promoting political candidates for expressing solidarity.

It has been mentioned that the move will be accompanied by the restrictions in such a way that employees can discuss their opinions and talk about the controversies on Facebook's Internet communication tools. Employees are interested in sharing their expressions and political opinions on the main forums. They want to be part of the debates rather than just see them unexpectedly at the Newsfeeds.

All the policies of Facebook are being updated along with the work tools to make sure that people can give their opinions and have a choice. The CEO of Facebook has mentioned that the new measures are taken up in such a way that the Black employees do not feel any underrepresented in the hostile work environments that they come to regularly.

Employees can directly talk about their likings and disliking regarding political parties. According to the new rules, it also leads to the expansion of the company's definition of harassment. The company will try to prohibit any kind of insensitive or derogatory communication and is willing to create a hostile environment for those that belong to the protected class.
