Aravind Arasavilli left his high-paid job at Globus University in Minnesota, the USA at the age of 26 and returned to his hometown of Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh to start a visa training and support company abroad for Rs 1 lakh. in 2012. Aravind after completing his bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (in Vijayawada), decided to study for an MBA in the US to gain practical experience in general management and develop his leadership skills, He is categorized as a first-generation entrepreneur.

He received a 65 lakhs education loan for his MBA abroad. He earned a degree an MBA from the Minnesota Business School in 2009 and then worked at Globus University as an International Admissions Officer from 2010 to 2012 with a salary of $ 40,000 per year (then approximately 20 lakhs). He repaid his education loan over the next five years from his income.

Experienced as a US Admission Consultant, he returned to India in 2012 and founded his first company, Exella Education Group LLC, a foreign educational consulting firm in Vijayawada.

Excella helped students apply to enroll in some of the best foreign colleges and look for work after completing the course. The company also assisted students in obtaining scholarships.

In the beginning, he started with a single room office. There was no work for the first seven months. They go to the office and return home without clients. But things got better and the business with mouth marketing start coming.

Aravind's father, Ramesh Arasavili, began his career as a bank employee and recently retired as a manager. He and his wife the Padma gave their children the best education. Aravind has a younger sister, Deepika, who is now a software engineer.

Aravind was raised in Vijayawada, but the family moved to Delhi at the age of about nine after his father moved there. As his father moved to new places every three years, he had the opportunity to study in different cities.
