After months are locked, Taj Mahal reopens the COVID-19 norms.

Agra: The emblematic Taj Mahal reopened on Monday (September 21) as India enters phase 4 of unlocking. It is opened in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines which require visitors to wear a mask.

The Taj Mahal administration has imprinted rules that only 5,000 visitors are permitted to take photographs in groups per day and it has forbidden them.

Shortly after its reopening, many tourists were visited by the Taj Mahal house. The Chinese resident Liang Chia Cheng Republic was the first person to visit Taj Mahal after it reopened.

Until they reached the premises, thermal screenings have been carried out by tourists.

After the Centre's order to shut down all heritage monuments under the Indian Archeological Survey, the Taj-Mahal was closed on 17 March.
