Tell us something about yourself?

According to my opinion,  people, both professionally and individually, should support what they believe and that the management of the company should do the same. They must follow management instructions to be productive. I was born in Kota and grew up with the Rajasthani (Marwari) culture.

I enrolled in Durga Rani public school, Kota, Rajasthan, and my upper secondary school were Navrachna Sr. Sec. School, Kunhadi, Kota, Rajasthan. On the professional front, in 2012 July. I started working for SARSO Biznet International Private Limited and was there until 2014. August. I achieved 120% of my goals and was honored three times as the best agent.

I am dedicated to meeting or exceeding agreed quality scores and performance values. After that, in 2014, I joined Riemen Solution Private Limited and have been with them ever since.

How did you get your idea or business idea?

With many skills such as hiring training, OJT programs, effective customer coordination, project management, compliance, team leadership, reviews, BQ management, customer acquisition, customer management, business development, budget planning, cost reduction, compliance management, Supplier Management, and Calculating return on investment, I really want to manage and develop the center.

Customer satisfaction and assessment of the problem situations of the company and customers, as well as working with a talented team to solve problems raised me to the top of the corporate ladder.

People didn't know it, and for the majority, it was a strange concept. On the other hand, knew that this was something that would eventually attract public attention. This is exactly what happened.

What products or services do you offer?

We are a call center service provider in India that strives to improve customer satisfaction with every interaction. Adaptive execution tactics to serve, attract and retain customers to manage your business.

What makes your services different from others?

At Riemen Solution, we treat our clients like partners and do our best to keep our operations running smoothly. We are constantly striving to evolve and find new ways to meet the needs of our comrades.

Why did you choose this type of business?

I have always believed that call center services will dominate the world. Needless to say, I have shown that I am right, especially with regard to the life-threatening epidemic. Due to my constant attention and hard work, this turned out to be one of the best moves I have performed.

Share your company goals.

Our company goal is to create a positive name & fame in the market. Customer satisfaction assessment is one of the specific indicators used to evaluate the performance of a call center employee.

Customers are often asked after telephone calls to assess the quality of service. Help companies expand and increase their participation. To keep our customers, we need to maintain a special level.

What were your failures and what did you learn from them?

I don't call it a failure because it helped me start my own business. I worked at work for a while until I realized it wasn't something I wanted to do.

My emotions were not aroused because I wanted to start something new. So I started working with myself and gained business knowledge. After that, I started my own business.

Who was the biggest motivator?

My dad is the greatest inspiration, support, and strength in my life. He really taught the meaning of "hard work" in life. Because of him, I can continue in the face of adversity and remain vigilant.

The key to the success of global trade is the involvement of managers and the most productive activities possible. This will help you reach the pinnacle of success. Keep your focus and effort. Don’t let your worries interfere with your dreams.
