Here Is How Ola Came Into Existence, Success Story Of Its Founder Bhavish Aggarwal

Bhavish Aggarwal was born on 25 August 1985 in Ludhiana city of Punjab, he earned Btech Engineering degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology and started doing research work in Microsoft company. During research he got two patents but he was not at all happy with his 9 to 5 secured job because he had a passion for working for himself. He wanted to become a safe entrepreneur.  That is when he decided to quit the job to think what he need to do for his future which would make him happy wile serving the society.

Ola, started from a journey which Bhavish had done on his own which was very bad experience. Once he booked a car for a trip from Bengaluru to Bandipur & i soon after the driver started demanding money from him halfway. The driver's behavior made him upset & he had to get off followed with the rest of the journey which was completed in a bus.
While he was on the bus, he could not get his thought away from the incident that had happened with the car driver. He realized that there will be many people who are not getting good car service and something similar is happening to them. Only then It seemed that the rest of the customers like him would be looking for a good cab service which gave him a thought to start a cab service.

Bhavish, during his own bus journey, understood that this company can be run on a large level only by providing a good service at a low price, so he thought of something that could not give customers any better than the rate of 10 rupees to 17 rupees per kilometre, Ola gives its best service and today 1.50 lakh people in more than 70 cities are availing this service daily. Bhavish Aggarwal (Bhavish Aggarwal) and his wife Rajalakshmi Aggarwal (Rajalakshmi Aggarwal) have taken a decision that they will never buy their own car and they will always use the OLA Service.

Since Bhavish was already from IT field, he decided to ease things for his customer that they will not have to visit any office for booking a cab. So his ideas to merge cab services & technology where users can not only book cans but can also see ratings, reviews, locations & live cab movements simply on their device. Soon after Bhavish was ready with his blueprint of Ola cna services, his colleague from same batch IIT Ankit Bhati also joined him into his idea & they decided to run the company together.

Since it all began from poor travel experience of Bhavish, the hiring of drivers for their own service was filtered with fi & unfit drivers. Only the drivers who had no customer complains or feedback were hired, trained & made part of Ola family. Today, more than 70 cities in India have earning of 100 crores every month only with the Ola cab services. It had became a fastest growing company with not only in revenue generation but also with one of the most used smartphone application in India. If you notice the level of business rating on playstore,
you will find that Ola has crossed the one billion Indian rupee mark in just three years and today If we look at the date, this company has won its fame in 100 more cities

Bhavish Aggarwal says that dreams are seen by everyone, but few people are ready to take risks. When you move forward to take risks, others will share advises but dreams come true only to those who listen to everyone but run for their dreams, work hard, fail, get up & continue to chase their mission.
